Fortnight 29, Day 10. A lot to talk out today, there were several questions that we had to work hard on. Trevor and Marc use different methods on a couple to come to the same result. The list of lefty QBs is shockingly sparse, although Tua should be top 5 relatively soon assuming he doesn't get concussed again.

One of us much better at theme days than the other

Fortnight 29, Day 9. We both struggle with the theme until the light bulb goes on for one of us (the one who has actually seen a couple of the movies). Trevor gets more snooker content.

Any excuse to talk about David Ortiz

Fortnight 29, Day 8. We go very long talking about question 1, which initially sidetracks both of us. We're both fans of odd sports and poker, so that makes it a bit easier going on the day.

Gen X kind of day...

Fortnight 29, Day 7. Tough day for Trevor as a younger person who wasn't alive to experience the 1988 Olympics and 1991 Dunk Contest live. Neither of us watch much MMA or wrasslin' so that one was a mystery to both of us.

Fortnight 29, Day 6. Trevor gets to talk about his favorite show and we also talk about Great Lakes geography. Marc states (incorrectly) that Erie PA is on Lake Ontario (its on Lake Erie) and we determine that North Dakota does not border Ontario.

We really should know more about the Negro Leagues

Fortnight 29, Day 5. Both of us get and miss all the same questions. Marc gets 4 points on a cycling related question, which is always appreciated. And we both think that Q4 will go down as one of the hardest questions in recent fortnights.

Is it just round orange things?

Fortnight 29, Day 4. First theme day in the books. One of us figures out the theme and one does not. We talk about Dude Perfect, how neither of us saw or has heard of the film referenced, and Trevor tries to name current WNBA teams. And apologies to Seattle, Marc forgets that you don't currently have an NBA team, but you should and will soon.

One Hundred and Eighty!!!

Fortnight 29, Day 3. Wheelhouse day pretty for both of us. Trevor tells us about Russ Bray and between us we get all the Golden teams. Not mentioned, GrenierM defeated HoggT in LL yesterday.

Fortnight 29, Day 2. We go a bit long on a couple of the questions but there was a lot going on. Trevor gets very close on an answer and Marc talks himself out of a different answer. We play each other in the Benchwarmers private league today, see who prevails!

101 points in the first half alone

Fortnight 29, Day 1. We are back! Thanks to the 8 brave souls who joined our private group. Marc ends up just simply knowing most of the answers today while Trevor susses most of them out. Question 5 had us both fairly flummoxed but one of us figures it out while the other gives a joke answer.
